Strong Powerful Brave, Three Words with such meaning.....

I have wanted for a long to start a blog, a personal journal for people to follow, some might resonate, some might not... thats the beauty of perspective, the last few years have been a journey of real self discovery, and I am still on this journey to discover more. 

2020 the year the old went mad, and so did I. 

Fast forward to Jan 2025, a lot has happened in between, some of which I will and have shared some I have and will keep private. 

One message I can no longer sit on, is the message of SPB... 

Three words with meaning...Bound in honor, in Truth, in Dedication, three words not to be used lightly, for these words will allow you to reach your inner strength, the peace within you,

For to be SPB you will burn with all three, each one is there within us!

Strong of Mind and understanding that we are truly powerful beyond our own measure, we write our own stories, we are the master crafter of our own lives.  To leave a story behind, a tale well written, so worth every turn of the page, that live through your own book!  

To sit in the Fear of the 'What if's' and life of trepidation isn’t a life well lived.

You are the Brave, seek discomfort to leave the common tribe, it takes time to channel into that self-discovery to find your vibe. 

To be the Few that walk amongst the many, to truly understand that those who know you matter, and those who don't, do not!

That is a true moment of freedom, of acceptance for that for every level theres another devil. Harnessing your power and stopping it from being in the hands of others, holding true to your values, yourself and those you hold close to you. 

It takes time and effort, and forever being present in the moment, remembering to capture the smallest of moments, to embrace the emotions of life, our past can be our history, not our future use it look back for reflection and introspection.... 

We are the Strong, We are the Powerful, We are the Brave.. We do not Give Up!
